Description: Discover a universe of possibilities and explore the world like never before. The new Introduction to Virtual Reality takes you to faraway lands, puts you in the center of a Cirque du Soleil performance and brings you face to face with a giant from a bygone era.
Review: It might not seem like much more than a collection of 360° video and 3D experiences, but this app is the doorway for people first experiencing VR. The things it shows and the emotions it plays on are designed to leave you in no doubt about virtual reality’s power and it’s future. From dinosaurs to heights and animals and scenes from the Cirque du Soleil. All designed to put you in situations you could not normally be in.
Whenever you need to show friends or family how good VR can be, or maybe like us you go around showcasing virtual reality to schools and local businesses, you need something to introduce them into VR slowly, gradually, but with a powerful enough experience so that will stay with them forever. This is the app that delivers that and even today it amazes me. The perfect VR showcase.
