Description: Fly around the beautiful island on your own and feel the free! To fly, you only have to spread your arms and flap. No need to use joy stick or keep looking in the direction of travel. If you can fly as you wish, let’s challenge “Icarus challenge”. It is simple. fly higher than anyone else!
Review: ‘Icarus Challenge’ should have been a simple to play relaxation experience in which you play the role of a bird, flapping its wings and freely exploring a small, low-poly island. There is even a “challenge” mode if you fancy that as well in which you have to fly as high as possible. If only you could fly! No matter what I tried I could not even last more than a few seconds in the air. The tutorial did nothing to help me and I was flapping as if my birdy life depended on it, but the amount of ‘flapping’ you have to do is crazy and I was tired before I had even begun! Maybe I was doing something wrong, maybe I needed real feathers, all I know for sure is that it is bloody difficult to fly and it’s no fun at all completely ruining the main goal of the experience. It’s not something I will be recommending anytime soon that is for sure, not until the flying is made a lot easier.
