Presentation: To be fair to HP the headset comes in a large and bright package on the sides and at the bottom of which you can find images of the headset itself, specifications and model information. Inside the main box, you find two smaller boxes, the headset itself and controllers. All the components are packed in tight opaque bags to keep them dust-free and the outer box feels strong and sturdy making it great for transporting.

Review: While some will say the HP WMR headset is heavy, cumbersome and expensive I say it is well made, sturdy and just about worth the price. Sure, it doesn’t have the screen resolution that many other WMR headsets have like the Samsung Odyssey, but it holds its own most of the time. Given that this is their first HMD I think they have done a good job and while I wouldn’t describe myself as a HP fanboy this headset certainly made me smile and if you get it in a sale or 2nd hand I think you would be grabbing a bargain. It is certainly better than many of their printers I have had in the past!
