Review: On paper ‘Hot-air VR Balloon trip over Russian Primorye’ sounds like it would be a good VR experience. It starts off as a low-poly hot air balloon ride across Primorsky Krai in Russia, but then when you put your virtual binoculars to your face you will be viewing real 360 images taken from a real hot air balloon. But sadly it just doesn’t work like that and I found myself enjoying the smaller 3D balloon ride more than the high quality 360 images. The good news is this is free and worth a look if your board, but it’s not something I would have paid for and I only just recommend it.
