Review: If you ask me it is pretty hard to make a bad horror game in VR and the good news is HORROR OF THE DEEP isn’t bad at all. In fact, while ridiculously dark some of the graphics are not bad at all! This really helps ramp up the creepiness of the game and make those jump-scares even better. But it is not perfect and I found it rather annoying that there was hardly any checkpoints so when you do die you have to go back a long way. So…is it worth £5.59? I think it just might be. There is enough of a game here to justify the price and it is polished enough to keep you going, provided you have the balls to do so.
