Description: Hooplord is a labour of love that combines boss battles and basketball into a hybrid VR experience that’s unlike anything you’ve ever seen or played before.
Review: Credit where it is due, ‘Hooplord’ is as original as games get. It’s an action/boss fighting basketball game in which scoring hopes will help you win the battle. There is no denying that this game is fun, sure, it’s as crazy as a bag of rattlesnakes, but for a brief, while it is fun to play and you can find yourself getting into it. While a little low-poly the graphics are not too bad at all, especially the big giants. At first, I thought I was doing really well and I was getting hoop after hoop, but that isn’t me, I suck at sports, so I then realised it has aim assist that you simply can’t turn off making the game rather easy. I managed to finish the game in just over 30 mins which is not good for value for money, but grab this for a quid or two in a sale and you should be happy with your purchase.
