Description: Frostpoint VR: Proving Grounds is a team-based multiplayer shooter that pits two sides against each other in high-intensity PvP game modes, with a unique PvE twist. Set in an abandoned military base in Antarctica, each team will need to gear up and set out to dominate the opposing team while protecting themselves from terrifying biomechanical creatures.
Review: ‘Frostpoint VR: Proving Grounds’ is an only action shooter in which you can go up to 10 vs 10 players, or you can at least play aginst the bots. Playing aginst the bots is good news as that is all you will be doing in this game as there are no other players online. To be fair the game isn’t terrible, but it is far from being as good as the many other online shooters we have for our VR headsets. With some nice graphics and sci-fi theme, the game ticks a lot of good boxes it really does, especially when it comes to the weapons. But there is nowhere near £19.49’s worth of content here. In fact, I would struggle to recommend you pay anything more than a quarter of that. Who knows, maybe it was better on launch as there would have been more players, but for now it’s not great at all, but worth a play if you can grab it super-cheap.
