Review: ‘Flow’ is a sort of tourist brochure for Iceland as well as a meditation app mixed in For a freebie it is not terrible at all The 360 video uses is clear and good quality (but no the best I have seen) and the guided meditation voice is clear and soft. You start by picking one of the 6 goals on offer which are breathe, move, let’s go, calm, focus and restore then you pick one of two locations on most of them which are all scenic points of interest in Iceland. You can then go on to pick 4 or 8 minutes of meditation depending on your mood with sound effects on or off, guided meditation voice on or off.
It is free and for that reason, it will be worth a look for most people who enjoy these relaxation apps. But I am not sure so many people would be willing to pay for the extra DLC nor “sign up” for it which is currently disabled. I say this is worth a look now rather than when things start to get locked behind paywalls or signups as I can easily see that happening.
