Description: Flow Space is a VR rhythm game which combines dance, art, and music. Unlike the majority of existing and upcoming rhythm games which are more aggressive punching, slicing, and shooting experiences, Flow Space encourages expressive, flowing movements which are carefully handcrafted to match the rhythm of the music. Flow Space also allows you to record your own Flow Tracks, so you can get creative and move to the music, then play it back and trace your dance.
Review: ‘Flow Space’ is a music rhythm game of the likes we have seen a thousand times before, only this time it does try and give it an art-style. Oddly, the art aspect of this game is noteworthy and there are times when I was enjoying playing it. But sadly for this game the times I was enjoying it was in the menu for the first time watching the reflection character. Then, when I started an actual game it all fell apart. As per usual the beat-mapping is an epic fail and that means the music and onscreen actions are like two separate entities making the actual gameplay feel pointless and empty. There are some good ideas here to the developers credit, but this is not something I will be looking forward to at all.
