Review: When it a free game, not a free game? When almost everything you can get in that game is locked behind microtransactions. And that is where we find the online multiplayer shooter ‘Fields of Battle’. This is a good looking paintball shooter and gets you never really get to play against anyone online. It is all done via a score challenge with the AI, not like 1 Vs 1 or anything like that. Sure, this is a freebie and worth a look, but I certainly wouldn’t pay anything for it as there really isn’t much of a game here at all other than the grind of saving up for items that you will otherwise purchase with real money. Sorry but that isn’t for me, but at least you can try it out for yourself.
