We have long wanted to develop a true pilot simulator, but this wasn’t possible until the advent of virtual reality.
Review: F18 Carrier Landing pulls me down the middle when it comes to my opinion of it. On the one hand, for just £3.99 you get a pretty great-looking experience that most flight-sim fans will enjoy. But it is also way too short for its own good and you are going to see all this “game” has to offer within just 10 mins. It looks quite real, it felt quite real to play, but there was hardly any time to become fully immersed in the app. I do recommend it, but only just. If this would have been a freebie I would have given it a massic thumbs up, but it’s not.
