Description: Escape the Lab“ is a short ~30-40 minutes Virtual Reality experience of an Escape Room that focuses on realistic chemical experiments and was created by a small student team over the course of half a year. You play as a person who is stuck inside a chemical laboratory during cold wintertime. Will you be able to find all the required clues and escape?
Review: ‘Escape the Lab’ is a short escape the room style game in which your high-school knowledge of science and indeed the periodic table will come into question. I’m not the best at this type of game so I have to admit it did take a few goes to get it right, so I played for just under 1 hour. It looks OK I suppose with most things being interactive making the game a little harder to solve as a lot of the time puzzles are trial and error. If you are good at escape room games you will smash through this making the current £3.99 asking price seems a tad too much, but if you are not good at them as I am you should just about get your money’s worth.
