Description: Escape Room VR: Stories is a game based on the popular real-life escape rooms. It uses VR capabilities to its full potential. The locations are full of objects that players can interact with, the environment is very realistic and detailed. Each room has it own plot that combines together into one story. Every location has three different endings which depend on the player’s success in unraveling their secrets. The plot is presented to the player through graphic novel cutscenes.
Review: Escape Room VR: Stories is a classic room escape style of game that does do a few things differently to make it stand out from the crowd. While there are only 3 rooms here, you are looking at about 40mins+ per room, but that is where the point system comes into it as the more clues you find and the more extra puzzles you solve, the more stars you get per room which does give the game some replay value and some much-needed longevity. Also, the rooms all look good with each one having its own piece of the story making it more immersive and engaging. While some will still argue that £7.19 is asking too much for this, just getting 30% off in a sale will solve this. It’s not easy to make a game in this genre and stand out from the crown, but somehow the developer has done just that.
