Description: This is the prologue of Emmerholt – an upcoming open world, magic-wielding, story-driven, adventure game for the HTC Vive, and Oculus Touch. Currently in development by Oneiric Entertainment!
In this prologue follow along the journey of Eli, a young man who has lived a peaceful life with his friends on a small island off the coast of the mainland. On this night, however, something strange takes place on the island that would change Eli’s fate forever.
Review: If only Emmerholt: Prologue was a full game it would have been much easier for me to recommend it. But as it stands it is a 30-minute mini-adventure that does feature a range of things from horse riding to magic attacks. It also looks OK I guess and you can find yourself getting into it, but then it is sadly over way too quickly. There was of course plans to make a full version of the game, but those plans have long been abandoned. So is it worth a look? Sure! It’s free at the end of the day which is best because I really wouldn’t have wanted to pay a lot for it.
