Review: Driftwatch VR might look nice graphically and even the sound effects are pretty good, but sadly this game lets itself down where it matters most and that is playability. With only a few enemies to kill and only the bow and arrow any good at killing them you are left with a pretty generic wave shooter that leaves a lot to be desired. It just feels so…meh to play. There is nothing really fun here, nothing exciting, it all feels more like a chore, especially with some of the other weapons. But still, it does cost just £1.99 and for that price, it might be worth a look, but even then I would wait for it to be in a cheap bundle before making a purchase. It’s not a terrible game, just nowhere near as good as you might think it is going on screenshots and the trailer.
