Review: Dream UniVRse is a small collection of various VR games which are mostly virtual jobs rather than “games” as such. Most people will find the story mode just too boring with far too much speech (which I couldn’t understand) and unnecessary reading, especially given how easy it is to play all the mini-games. So that only leaves arcade mode and at least that jumps straight into the games.
But the mini-games themselves are often boring and lack any sort of “fun” at all. With no music and almost no sound effects, it just makes the whole game seem boring and unfinished. At that brings me nicely onto its price tag. At £4.99 I just don’t think this is worth it but get it in a sale for a single quid ($1) and you might well enjoy playing the wide variety of mini-games, but I certainly wouldn’t pay much more than that.
