Description: Defense of Castle Chilly is a Virtual Reality game written specifically with room-scaling in mind. Use Archery and Magic to defeat hostile armies in this Adventure and Defense hybrid. Gameplay is challenging and the world is filled with secrets to discover. Skill and intuition are a must if you expect to stand in the way of the invading forces. The bow and arrow mechanics are far more involved than your average archery shooter – it’s up to you to keep your quivers re-stocked, and to learn advantageous techniques like speed-loading, enchanting, as well as plenty of unadvertised tricks that I hope you get the pleasure of discovering yourself.
Review: Defense of Castle Chilly is a bow and arrow tower defence game, only I have to be fair to the developers and say they have gone that extra mile to bring you something new. While it is little more than a tower defence game at heart it brings many other things to do like some small adventure movement, with a special nod towards the multiplayer element of the game making it last even longer. If you ask me £7.19 is way too much for a game that lacks finish, but if you can grab it for a few quid at most (no more than £3) I would give it a look. #A good game indeed, just not perfect and doesn’t feel finished.
