Description: Defendion is a unique board tower defence game in VR where the table in front of you is your battlefield, where enemies will damage and destroy your structures and you can change and block its paths. Conquer new locations, meet new enemies, build your defence.
Review: I feel the expression “Close, but no cigar” sums up perfectly what ‘Defendion’ is like. It is a table-top tower-defence game that is fun to play but seems to fall short on far too many areas to make it something worthy of my recommendation. From the in-game buttons not working, to the animations of the game being little more than a joke, the whole game lacks polish and makes it feel too raw to be enjoyable. I really like my tower defence style games, so it is hard for me to hate the game this as much as I am. But this is one tower defence game that is best left behind the castle walls until it gets a few updates (which I can’t see happening).
