Let the scenery sink in and whenever you are ready activate the DeepGuide, which uses breathing, humming, spatial sounds and entrainment with brightness-, volume- and haptic modulation, as well as binaural beats to get you deep. After a guided session aspects of the environment and mood will have transformed.
Review: ‘DeepStates [VR]’ is an interactive experience in which you will be exploring a handful of environments, each of which is designed to be peaceful and relaxing. There is Airy freedom which is a tent in a desert, in a timelapse which is a kind of Avatar world style and a few others. While there are a few things to interact with and the environments do look nice, what you will mostly be doing is exploring the small environments. Some are cool, some are kind of peaceful, but you will soon get bored of them. This makes the £9.29 current asking price a tad harsh given that there are far better relaxation apps out there. This one is worth a look, but I am not going to recommend it at its current price due to the lack of environments, but more are promised down the line.
