Review: When I played the first version of Darkness Roller Coaste I was surprised at how good it was and was impressed with the visuals and smooth experience that many other virtual coasters at the time simply didn’t have. But now, over a year later this game has come on leaps and bounds. With new “filters” to give this otherwise short-lived app some much-needed longevity. You can make the ride look like an old horror movie, 8-Bit video game, apply a drunk filter and many more which does give you a new look on the ride. For its asking price, this is one of the best virtual coaster rides you can buy and for Halloween, it’s just perfect. Not too nauseating, not too boring and above all not too scary.
