Description: Ctrl tells the story of a young gamer competing in the final of a VR e-sports tournament. As you watch from the arena stands, Liam battles through this chess-inspired strategy game. With victory in sight, events take a turn for the worse and you learn what it is that Liam is really fighting for. Ctrl is a dark, emotional drama with adult themes and references to violence that viewers may find upsetting. Ctrl includes binaural and spatial audio so we highly recommend using headphones to watch this production.

Review: Ctrl is a 360 video about one boys battle both online and in the real world. There is nothing to control, no interaction at all apart from the main menu choices which are nothing worth mentioning. Just be warned there is swearing, there is a dark storyline and many many people will find it very upsetting.

Ctrl is a heart-wrenching storyline that is set withing some fairly beautiful environments. …and that is just about the only nice thing I can say about it. The subject matter was not fully expressed before you buy this game and the fact that you have to buy it makes it even more annoying. This should have been a free app to get the point across of mental and physical abuse in the home. If you have a point as serious as this to get across make it free so as many people as possible will see it and hopefully realise they need help. Truly a poignant subject matter that should be made clearer to anyone wishing to buy this app.
