Review: If Fruit Ninja because a cooking show ‘Crazy Cook’ is what it would look like. You will be peeling, cutting, smashing and seasoning all manner of foods across ten recipes and 3 difficulties. With its colourful graphics and simple gameplay, this game ticks a lot of good boxes and this who score chase will easily get their money’s worth here. But sadly the game also has a few issues…
The main problem is the gameplay doesn’t feel anywhere near as satisfying as Fruit Ninja, with each hit or slice feeling flat and unexciting. The other issue for me was the lack of content. Sure, the real value here is in chasing your own score, but with only ten recipes at the moment you can see all there is to see here within 30 minutes! It’s not a terrible game, it just needs a bit more refinement before it is a must-have.
