Review: There is no point denying it, ‘Chess Club’ is probably the best chess game you will play in VR (so far anyway). You have all the right game modes including multiplayer, 2 different environments and even animated prices for those who like the fantasy style. Plus, to make it even better you have hand tracking thrown in for good measure. But at the end of the day, it is just the classic board game of chess in VR, no matter how fancy you dress it up. I give this game gold because I like chess and this is the best chess game on the quest by far. But if you don’t like chess in the first place this game isn’t going to win anyone around.
