Review: ‘Checkers’ is not just pretty much what its name suggests it is, it is EXACTLY what its name suggests it is. Its a game of Checkers set in a wild-west, or Pixel-style environment. You can play with English, Spanish or Turkish rules and there are a few difficulty settings. And yes, that really is all you get. With no multiplayer, a lot of content and far better Checkers games for our VR headsets this game was doomed from the start. Don’t get me wrong it works OK and looks OK. In fact, I enjoyed playing it! But it really should have been free or as good as. Until it is I won’t be recommending it.
