Review: The biggest problem with CasinoXR is not so much the game itself. It’s a great-looking little casino game with craps being the best game there is as well as a few others like blackjack thrown in for good measure. No, the game is fine, but its age is the biggest problem. You see, when this first came out it was one of the first VR casino games on the Steam store and thus got a lot of love and attention that it rightfully deserved. But in the years gone by bigger and better casino apps have come along (mostly all free) to make this look poor and shallow by comparison.
With no online multiplayer options and no slots this casino game gambled with time and lost. If only the developer stayed on top of it, this might have been the best casino app out there. But it was not meant to be and you are left with an app costing £11.39 and offering little more than a good quality craps table and a few other lesser quality games. Such a shame, but it has had its heyday and you should be aware that there are much better VR casino games out there and many of them are free.
