Description: Bowl VR is a high quality bowling simulation for virtual reality. It features roomscale bowling with realistic physics, high-resolution graphics, and smooth controls. This is the best way to experience bowling without taking a trip to the bowling alley.
The player is put directly into two lovingly crafted bowling alleys that will offer hours of fun. There is local couch multiplayer, so you and all your guests can go head to head to see who the best virtual bowler is. Just be sure to have the wrist strap on!
Review: While vastly overpriced I did enjoy playing Bowl VR. It has it where it counts most and that is gameplay. After just a few rounds I found the perfect bowling arm and was soon getting the odd strike and most spares. There are two lanes to choose from which are the classic wooden one and a lane set in space, both of which look OK if a little basic. For a bowling game in VR this works OK, but its asking price is what hurts it the most. If this was free I would be suggesting you give it a try, but even for the smallest of costs I find myself suggesting you give it a miss. Maybe it would be worth waiting for in a sale if it had a few more them choices, but as it is you should stay clear of it no matter what price you get it for.
