Review: Board Games VR is little more than a collection of fun board games to play. The games are Backgammon, Checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe & Chess. Even with the multiplayer mode thrown in for good measure I can’t for the love of me work out why this game costs a whopping £15.49. It looks as basic as any other free indie game that offers the same board games as most of them do. There is nothing high-quality or new about this game. In fact, you will be better off getting Tabletop Simulator which is just about the same money for hundreds of games to play rather than a handful of them. I get that this is from a bedroom indie developer, but it really should have been free rather than a piss-taking amount of money.
