It is a very useful tool to start in the basic concepts of astronomy, since with the help of the voice synthesizer, and the virtual reality inversion (VR) will facilitate the understanding of the contents. Review: Astronomy VR is a visually stunning app that goes deep into the basic knowledge of Astronomy. The bad news is unless you are really into Astronomy most of it will go straight over your head! (Well it did mine anyway, but that’s not hard.) and the other annoying thing is the robotic natator’s voice making it sound more like a college lesson than a VR exercice. Like I said, if you are into or just getting into Astronomy this app is well worth a look. But if you have no interest at all in Astronomy its best to give it a miss. This app is educational and beautiful, but also far too advanced for its own good.
