Review: I have to be honest here I do have a fond place in my heart for ‘Astro Zip VR’. Sadly that is not because it is good, more that it takes me back to the days of playing Gear VR games. This is a space shooter which sees you collecting little star-bursts while avoiding everything else by moving your controller which has a ship attached to the end of it. There is no cockpit view here, just move your hand and get the best score you can. Its simple to play, the 3D effects are OK even if everything else about the game is basic AF. While I can’t recommend this game for £7.19 it might be worth a look for those who like their retro gaming. If this was released 5 years ago it might have been worth it, nowadays it is not something I can recommend unless it is close to being free.
