Description: A unique twist on survival by combining action, adventure, and strategy in virtual reality. Apocalyptic Adventure is a game where players must manage resources, plan defenses, and explore to survive.
Review: ‘Apocalyptic Adventure: Episode 1’ is a zombie apocalypse survival game in which you try and fight off hoards of zombies with various weapons, most of which you will have to craft yourself from twigs and stones. This first part is set in a woodland area and while there isn’t a whole lot of content here there is enough to make me recommend it. The graphics are nothing special, but they are good enough to immerse you into the games post-apocalyptic world. Sure, it could do with some storyline, even if it’s just some narration to tell you what is going on and why you are in a forest. Oh, and the lack of smooth motion and snap turning is annoying, but for just £3.99 you get a good first part of a game here and I can’t wait to see more of it.
