Description: Apex Construct is a story-driven, single-player action/adventure made exclusively for VR. Wield an upgradable cyber bow & shield combination to battle enemy robots while exploring a shattered world, gradually realizing what led to the extinction of mankind. Also includes Cygnia Cup Challenge, a competitive game mode where you take out shooting targets and enemies in the arena to dominate the global leaderboards.
Review: Action/adventure games don’t get much better than Apex Construct. With its gorgeous graphics, professional voiceovers and deep gameplay, this is a game you not only get into, but you lose yourself inside its world. While most of the time the action consists of bow and arrow shooting there are a few light puzzles to get into which I didn’t find too hard and I also found that they broke up the action rather nicely. OK, so Apex Construct isn’t perfect and does take a little while to get into, but once you are in you will realise this game is worth every penny of its £14.99 asking price. This is one VR game everyone should add to their Steam library.
