Review: I’m not quite sure what to say about ‘Alien Dawn’ without coming across as too harsh, but this really is a mess of a game. For a start, this is clearly not made for VR and it is worth noting that I am reviewing this from a VR player perspective. Put short, it is an epic fail when it comes to the VR side of things. The menus get stuck open, things float in front of you and stay there and the simple act of holstering things can be a nightmare. The good news is the game does have a large player base so there is always plenty of players to join up with. At the moment I can’t recommend this to anyone, but it is still in Early Access so will review this in a few weeks to see if things are better, but for now we VR players should stay well clear of it.
