Description: ACROSS is a room-scale VR game, where you are tasked with a simple objective: cross the room. Each level has a start portal, an end portal, … and things in between. You can count on two things to help you defeat each level: a glowing katana that cuts through everything and reflect projectiles, and a furry B.E.A.R. that you must protect at all costs.
Review: Across is an odd one that is for sure. It is like a Jedi game of sorts crossed with a cutesy platform game all set in space and that is the best way I can describe it! While it does have some things going for it, the large play-space needed will put most people off immediately and the rest will see the price of £5.59 and run for the hills. There is just no easy way to recommend this game for that current price and I really wish it was free so I could suggest everyone at least try it out. If you grab this in a cheap bundle or in a good sale maybe take a look at it. Just don’t expect to be playing it for very long at all.
