Description: Acro FS is a stick-and-rudder aerobatic flight simulator created by Jim Bourke, airshow pilot and member of the US Unlimited Aerobatic Team. Designed from the ground up to accurately simulate aerobatic flight, it allows you to experience what it’s like to strap into a high-performance stunt plane and take to the sky. Take control of an aerobatic airplane, throttle up, and discover what you can do. There’s no navigation, no radios – just a lot of horsepower in a state-of-the-art aircraft.
Review: Have you ever wondered how nauseating a VR could be when pushed to the max? I mean, you might have rode a VR coaster, or you might have played a flight-sim, both of which are indeed quite nausea-inducing. But then, along comes ‘Acro FS’ which is an aerobatic flight simulator to push your body to the max and let me tell you, it’s worse than I have ever played before. The actual game is pretty impressive for a freebie. Its no DCS, but it looks good and feels pretty great to fly. But playing in VR is almost unplayable. But if you fancy yourself hard enough why not give it a go, just make sure you have a sick-bag on hand.
