Description: Running Joe is a racing game you’ve never experienced before. Please join our journey to the fantastic world! Play single player and controls are simple – Collect coins and diamonds to earn your high score while you drive.
Review: RunningJoe reminds me of Tin Tin and his adventures with Snowy. This arcade style score driving game is an experience you would never have seen or felt before. Featuring Joe and his dog they go on a road to adventure, travelling through several worlds and scenes, it is your job to collect as many coins and gems as you can, thus getting the biggest score you can.
There is only one car, one one track, but it is the camera movement that really makes this game something extra special. Floating around the track and on certain points going to sideways and even below the track view, it gives you the feeling that you as the player are going on the adventure not the character in the game. With flying time and looping tracks, this is one road trip you will never forget.
I have never seen or played anything like Running Joe before. In VR it really feels more like a magical experience rather than a game, mostly because you never really feel in control of the car even though you are. With high-quality animation and beautiful graphics, this is a short-lived road trip experience that does at least offer score beating replay value. You will be simply blown away and amazed with this game, but whether you will play it more than once is another matter.
