Description: Well designed Virtual reality, wave base zombie game. Drink beer to regain health with a toggleable drunk effect and kill zombies with cool melee weapons and guns.
Review: ‘Blazted VR’ is supposed to be a cross between drunken bar fighting and zombie shooting. What you end up with is a terrible-looking zombie shooter set in a bar. There is rush and wave mode, but it is also the same gameplay, only the amount of enemies arriving changes. You “buy drinks” by clicking on them, you shot zombies for cash, repeat, repeat, repeat.
Sure, there are a handful of weapons, but there is not much fun at all to be had here other than killing the odd zombie with an axe giving you a very brief moment of satisfaction. But the real kick in the balls has to be the £11.39 ($14.99) asking price, its simply not worth a fraction of that in its current state. It’s just a basic over-prices zombie shooter of the likes we have seen a hundred times before. So nothing new to see here, just move on and look for something better to play.
