Description: Create intricate clockwork contraptions out of your own clones and restore life to an ancient tree. Your mission is to repair the Clocktower, an ancient haven for the galaxy’s plants and seeds. Use the Clockwinder’s gloves to turn every task into a looping clockwork automaton. These clones can do everything you can do, from planting to cutting to throwing items through the air.
Review: While the “cloning” mechanic style has been done before it doesn’t take anything away from the game itself because this is a beautiful and well-designed game that will take you a good 4hrs plus to finish. In short, you have to “record” some of your movements and keep a workflow going over multiple clones of yourself and it works simply with a lot of strategy involved especially in the later levels. While it isn’t as colourful as the Steam VR version it is still pretty impressive.
what I like most about this game is that you will play it your way, in your style. No two people will play this game the same. I found myself lost within its worlds, trying to save time by cutting down the number of clones I needed. It’s a game that you need to slow down and think about rather than rush into. But nothing is too hard that you can’t solve with time. Sure, it takes a little while to get the base mechanics of the game, but once you do you will lose yourself and at times I found myself just watching all my little clones hard at work and not wanting to progress the story anymore. This one gets an easy recommendation from me, I just wish there was more of it.
