Description: Do you enjoy telling people what to do? Of course you do! At Metro Warp, the universe’s premier budget transdimensional travel service, you will be placing obstacles and guiding those who are just trying to get to work. Our commuters are some of the most obedient in the business, with mostly voluntary brain chips which enable them to only turn left. Public transit is easy when everyone does the same thing!
Metro Warp is a puzzle game about discovering and learning patterns in commuters so that you can get them to the exit. Simply place some obstacles in front of them, and they’ll (mostly) willingly turn to the left. Place as many barricades as you want! The only limitations are the shapes of the worlds and some open service ducts.
But of course, it is never that easy. This is a strange, gravity-defying world and they can walk on any path that is laid down before them no matter what shape that is in 3D. This leads to some crazy levels that bend and twist their paths in 3D to the point where you are never sure where they are going to come from, let alone where they are going. Oh! And did I mention that they will only turn left? Well, they do. This is a game where you have to think several moves ahead just to get them to their end goal.
For those of us who are a little older, this game will instantly bring back fond memories of Lemmings. While there aren’t the cute characters of the Lemmings game, the charters in this game are well animated and inside VR it all looks great and as if you could reach out and touch it. Strangely, I also found this game easier to play in VR! At the end of the day VR puzzle games are quite rare, so having something this good to pass the time is well worth a download.
