Your phone will automatically send any notifications to SteamVR. Plus you can check your notification history at any time without taking your headset off using our custom SteamVR dashboard overlay.

Review: Let us start this review with all the good points about this app. ‘PhoneLink VR’ works well (with most Android smartphones) and allows you to see your notifications and messages in VR without the need to take the headset off. In fact, it’s pretty easy to set up and it does what it needs to do. The big issue this app has is that there are quite a few FREE apps that do all the same things with pretty good UI’s as well. There is literally no need to pay for this at all which is a shame. As I said, the app is good and it works well, but do be aware that any form of payment is unnecessary.
