Description: OUTLIER is an adventure roguelike VR game featuring FPS and RPG elements. Control and mix various abilities, utilise an array of weapons, and explore breathtaking worlds, making for a diverse and progressive gameplay experience.
While mostly great fun (if a little nauseating) the gameplay is a little glitchy at times and you can find yourself getting stuck in the scenery, or even having troubles looking at the upgrade board when it pops up. But you can excuse most of these issues because the game is in early access. What I can’t excuse is the lack of content over what the original demo had. In fact, you can see all there is to see in the game in less than an hour. Sure, you can take your time and drag it out a bit, but for £11.39 you really shouldn’t have to. While I do still recommend this game as I enjoyed playing it, I do suggest you hold off until there is more content added to it.
