Description: FOREWARNED is a 1-4 player co-op survival horror. Gear up and delve deep into ancient Egyptian ruins with your team of fellow archaeologists. Investigate the phenomena around you, collect treasure, discover lore, and survive the evil that lurks within.

Review: On paper ‘FOREWARNED’ sounds like a great game. A 4 player co-op survival horror in which you have to survive as long as you can. The good news is you can also play single player, but I promise you won’t find your money’s worth there, not even close. The multiplayer option is where most of the action is, with the player being awarded more gold the longer they survive. But that is where the problems of this game start. For the first 20 or so times, you play it, you will die almost immediately. And that is based on you finding players in the first place because the games community is small at the moment.

The good news is the game works OK, looks great (if a little too dark) and feels good to play, but with no way of getting good value from the single-player alone you are left turning to the multiplayer which is not exactly bustling with players. If you can get friends to play this as well you will have a good laugh here, but don’t bother with it if that is not the case.
