Review: After playing ‘BEAT ARENA’ for a fair while I can safely say Konami should stick to arcade games. For a start, it has to be the graphics that deserve the most hate (in fact they are no better than the Oculus Quest version!) When I am paying £22.99 for a game I expect a certain level of quality content or a lot of content to counteract the bad quality. This game doesn’t have either! The other thing that really grated me was that you have to go into each song for all the information like difficulty and the instruments you can use in it. When it comes to the beat mapping it can be a little hit and miss. But at the end of the day I did find myself having fun playing it. The whole band thing worked for me and if that ever becomes multiplayer it will feel awesome. I think for now I will give this game a very cautious thumbs-up, but if you are not sure you will like it I would definitely wait for a sale.
