Review: The truth is ‘You, Calligrapher’ can be seen as a pretty relaxing app. It is based around Chinese Calligraphy and does indeed feature some pretty realistic ink brush physics. But there is no tutorial here, you are not going to learn anything. Sur,e there are some stencils to copy, but that is about it. The game ticks a lot of good boxes, it looks great and it is simple to use, but there are plenty of free apps like 心境 VR that do the same thing. Sadly there is no way to justify the £10.29 price tag, but if it ever gets a 90% price drop I would consider giving this a go. There is a promise of a lot more content being added, so I will check back in a few months to see if anything has changed.
