Review: I think the biggest problem with ‘Helicopter Simulator VR 2021 – Rescue Missions’ is probably in its own name. This is most definitely NOT a simulation of a real helicopter. In fact, it is pretty much arcade rules here even when you play the game in “expert” mode. It doesn’t fly like a real helicopter and it most certainly doesn’t feel like a real helicopter when it comes to the controls. But…

This game still manages to be fun to play. Sure, I wish it was half-price or even less, but I still had fun flying about in my helicopter doing all the different missions. There isn’t enough content here to justify the asking price, nowhere near it, but what there is, is a small open world for you to fly about in and have some fun. It’s nice to just jump into free-flight mode and explore the often sparse landscape. Sure, it’s not a great simulation of flying a helicopter, but it is a fun game for those who have always wanted to fly about in a helicopter without the pain of having to learn how to fly the real thing.
