Description: With the rise of VR technology is incredible and amazing to see how VR revolutionize old-school games Plumber is a VR game that is inspired by the old pipe puzzles. With the use of 6DOF controllers, you can use your both hands to pick up pipes and to place them in the correct order so you can accomplish the given task. The player is completely immersive to the environment and uses all senses in the game.
Review: Having played many “pipe fixing” games before, especially on a mobile, I wasn’t looking forward to playing ‘Plumber’ as VR versions of retro games do tend to suck. But yet…it was better than I thought to the point that I found it surprisingly fun to play. While the graphics are sparse, what there is to look at isn’t bad at all with some good textures used on the pipe pieces. There are 100 puzzles in total and you will easily get your money’s worth here paying just £3.99. I for one loved it, but do bear in mind that this is a cheap indie game, not some AAA game company.
