Review: ‘Kanały ’44’ sees you playing the role of a message runner in WWII, but it is too dangerous for you to go over ground, you have to run (or rather teleport) through the sewers of the war-torn Polish capital Warsaw. It’s dark down there, moody and that does put you on edge a little, but this is more a simple maze style game than anything else. I have to say it does look good most of the time and I did enjoy playing it, but it severely lacks content and I also feel it lacks educational elements which might have made it even more interesting. While I do recommend this I would wait for the lowest sale price possible as there really isn’t a lot of content here at all, but what there is has big potential for sure.
