Review: ‘Axeson’s Fury VR’ is an on-rails shooter that has a definite Duke Nukem feel to it. The good news is the game is fun and the action is pretty relentless, but it doesn’t have anywhere near the shine that a Duke Nukem game has. You can look past the poor quality graphics once you start to get into the gameplay, but I don’t feel it is good enough to recommend at the moment. The dark backgrounds are annoying and there isn’t enough variety in the action to hold your interest till the end which is a shame as there is enough content here to justify the price tag. The best advice I can give you is to try the free demo first, that way you should know if it is for you. There is a good game here I suppose, but it needs a bit of work before I can properly recommend it.
