Review: ‘Super Smash the Ball VR’ is a weird game indeed. It is supposed to be a VR version of the original game “Smash the Ball” which I have never heard of! So anyway, this new game seems to be a terrible mix of basic platform gameplay and a shooter, but never really becomes anything more than a mess of the two things. It seems to be some sort of ball shooter, withing a platform world. But regardless of what the genre is supposed to be, it looks like crap and plays much worse than that. If this was free I would struggle to recommend it, but it costs £4.79 and is best left on its own to bounce around its own crazy world.
