Description: SoundTriggersVR is a fully customizable VR instrument for HTC VIVE. It outputs MIDI signal that can be used inside a DAW. The instrument is set inside a desktop interface and played inside VR with very low latency.
Review: SoundTriggersVR is a program that lets you assign certain sounds to certain actions and indeed objects. While for most people (myself included) this is not something that is going to be useful I am sure some developers might get some use out of it. But when it cost £19.49 I can’t see too many bedroom developers paying that price for something they may or may not use. Maybe I am underselling this program, but I just can’t see what it offers over anything other 3D development tools. There are even loads of free midi tools out there so its not like that is its selling point. If I am wrong do let me know in the comments below…
