Review: I have to be honest and tell you that I wasn’t expecting much from ‘Tonetaker VR’. It looks as basic as games can get and only costs £2.19. But there are good things to be found here which is surprising. The first surprise is the wide song choice with 20 tracks of different genres to choose from, there really should be something here for everyone. The other main surprise is that most the time the beat mapping is spot on! This, of course, makes the game fun to play and I did indeed have fun for a good hour of play. Sure, its a basic BeatSaber and many people will find the graphics too basic for their own good, but the gameplay is here and it is fun to play if you are willing to look past them which is more than can be said for 90% of the Music and Rhythm games I play. For just £2.19 this is worth a look if you like this style of game.
